Went through drive through got two #8 5 pc tender with two sides and a pot pie #10 they didn?t give me my biscuits that comes... with the meal or my French fries. Waited over 30 minutes for my food just to get old nasty chicken. There was 3 or 4 employees inside but only one was working.... When customers started to complain about the long wait one of the employees said why dont you go to taco bell. So trust me andtake the employees advice and go somewhere else Read more

I went through the drive-through and ordered a eight piece meal and when I got home I opened up the chicken box it looks burnt... the chicken was full of Grease including the bottom of the bucket I have been trying all day to call this restaurantconsidering I live a little distance from the area and the phone has been busy the whole day I am very disappointed in thisrestaurant at this point I want to speak to a manager and receive a full refund I still have the food I would gladly return it Irecommend not patronizing this establishment Read more

Sent my daughter to go pick up dinner and the woman taking orders was so rude that my daughter came home in tears. So.. to the... lady working there.. who is obviously beyond miserable PLEASE do everyone a favor and FIND A NEW JOB and stop scaring children!$46 and NO biscuits, gravy or sauces! I placed a mobile order, drove to the store, only to find that the doors were locked and there was no staff inside. The drive... through had a small piece of paper that said ?out? on it, and there was no other indication of what was going on. This was at11:15 am on a Monday. Due to KFC?s poor customer service availability and badly designed mobile app, I still HAVE NOT received arefund for the food I never got to eat. Read more

We went through the drive thru at 7:30. The person taking the order was rude and very short. We pulled up to the window to... receive the food, He shortly blurted out the total, snatched the card from my hand and shoved the food out the window anddidn't offer a receipt. He rudely told another vehicle that pulled up to the speaker that they were closed (posted hours say9pm). He asked if we wanted any condiments and then tossed a handful at me. Upon getting home, the gravy lid was off and allover the bag, and the biscuits were just thrown in the bucket. This is THE WORST service I have ever received from thislocation.
