They?re food is subpar and we think it could use more flavor. My daughter ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was dry and... flavorless. This was our first time coming here and let me tell you, it won?t be the last! The food was piping hot, fresh ingredients and... very filling. The customer service was great! The cashier gave us suggestions and was very patient. I read previous reviews andwas hesitant on trying this place but I?m glad I did! If you?re in the loop looking for a new bite, give K-Bop a try! I?m the middle of the day in between to projects I was working on, I wanted something filling and fast. I was aiming to go to... gorilla street food but when I arrived it was this place I like trying new places and honestly I didn?t want to look for otherspot because I didn?t have much time so I just went in. The host was nice and greeted me. I looked at the menu for few secondsthen asked her what is the best seller and the beef bowl was her answer which was what I ordered. Basically this bowl would havewhite rice, noodles and mixed greens. They asked which sauce would I like to have in the side, and when she saw my puzzled anddidn?t know which I should go with, she just put all four sauces in the bag and said that I can try them so next time I?ll knowwhat I want. Beef was flavorful and same to the noodles. The rice was a steamed white rice but worked well with the rest of theingredients and the sauces. Which were all good. It was filling and i think with couple of appetizers the bowl would be good fortwo. I would highly recommend it. And I will be going back soon. Read more
Customer service is horrible, the food looks great, we love to try different places for our weekend off, but I would never be... back here ever because of the employees, I came in and greeted them nicely, I would never be rude to anybody, not much of a warmwelcome we received, I tried to order and I even confirmed the order at the end, I walked back and asked nicely if they couldfix it, if not then it?s no problem I would have togo the order, the attitude the two girls toward me was very rude, they lookedat each other and shook their head, one of girl told me that she didn?t mess up my order but I did, her attitude toward me gotme stand up without finishing my food and left . I am a business owner too I have a lot if patience with employees but this isunacceptable, we ended up eating somewhere else instead. Read more
