Absolutely delectable southern classics in a beautiful environment. Expect lively flavors and carefully crafted cocktails. The... fried chicken is to die for, and I cannot recommend making it spicy enough! Read more

Our first visit to Juniper won’t be our last! We enjoyed the chicken, both spicy and regular. It was crispy, moist, tender and... delicious. The sides were all good along with the cornbread. Service was top notch thanks to our server Rachel! Read more

The food was very good, but the only issue was the service and the temperature in the restaurant. We had to ask our waiter for... everything and he seemed very disinterested the entire time. Every coffee refill was an ask, and even then it took some time tofind him. The temperature in the restaurant was also a bit warm, which was not too pleasant. So overall, food was pretty good, but service was pretty poor. Read more

Fresh and relatively flavorful food. The cornbread is delicious. It's moist and not overly sweet. Drinks are tasty as well.... Service is excellent. Read more

We finally made it back to Juniper and it's still well worth a visit. We started with three vegetable dishes, which were all... good to great: the Brussels sprouts (crisp fried, with a fish sauce that was a little too heavy on the salt), hen of the woodsmushrooms over grits (excellent), and carrot 7 ways (interesting and tasty). The menu focuses on fried chicken and they do itwell. We tried the pork special with charred onion, which I do not recommend over the other options. I tried the chocolate chesspie, but would not recommend it due to gritty filling and limp crust. We had four cocktails; while they know what they're doing, nothing stood out. Overall, I wish they'd branch out more with main dishes. Service was very good. Read more

The service was great. Chicken was fantastic (we had family - full bird, big enough for 2-3 ppl). Soup was beyond expectation.... Complimentary chocolate was super. Bread basket was okay - the honey thyme butter that came with it was really good though. Ilike their vibe. Will come back. Read more
