This is the second time they got our order wrong. They forgot my wife?s sandwich the first time and then accused her of lying... when we called. I made the mistake of going back when we were in a rush. The drive thru took forever. They got our order wrongagain. I placed an order for delivery. I work in an office building and we receive orders from this store on a regular basis. This is... the first time I received a call from a driver who refused to get out of his car or even pull up to the door to deliver my foodwhich I tipped beyond adequately (above 20%) for. I should not have to retrieve my food from the middle of the street when I'mpaying to have it delivered to me. If they cant deliver, they should just say they can not make the delivery. I wish I could give NO STAR BCS THAT IS WHAT THEY REALLY EARNED!! Complete disaster, horrible service, the guy in drive thru was so high he didn't understand anything I was asking. Okay!! This place is amazing! The employees were polite, funny, and were engaging with the customers. The manager was so sweet... and kind. As a ex former Jimmy Johns employee from another store I?m very disappointed in this location. My American beefy crunch sandwich... was made wrong. I asked for extra sauce and lettuce and to add cucumbers, they forgot to put the crunchy onions and pickles, onmy sandwich and they gave me an easy amount of cucumbers instead of regular. Read more
