This is the second time they got our order wrong. They forgot my wife?s sandwich the first time and then accused her of lying... when we called. I placed an order for delivery. I work in an office building and we receive orders from this store on a regular basis. This is... the first time I received a call from a driver who refused to get out of his car or even pull up to the door to deliver my foodwhich I tipped beyond adequately (above 20%) for. I should not have to retrieve my food from the middle of the street when I'mpaying to have it delivered to me. If they cant deliver, they should just say they can not make the delivery.
