I will never forget how I contacted them because I saw a charge from them on my card. I was able to find this specific location... as the location where my card was used, let them know I have NEVER even eaten there and should have no charges from them, andthey gave me a complete run-around instead of trying to help me figure out how this happened. Didn't even try to offer a refundto my card for my troubles/concerns. This is Jimmy John's so I'm sure they could've afforded to make things right with me insome way instead of treating me as if I was the thief. Glad I never willingly spent money there. Read more
I usually dont leave reviews especially bad ones. but I Have watched multiple employees on multiple occasions. Wear the same... gloves to handle money and make sandwiches. Not to mention No location is "Freaky Fast" anymore. I used to work at JJ it is nothard to make cold sandwiches quickly while staying sanitary. Read more
Horrible ordered my food inside a lady started making my sandwich then just walked off without finishing then another girl walks... up and just wrapped my sandwich up without checking to see if everything I want was on my sandwich. I asked the girl waseverything on my sandwich she said yes then gave me my order. I got to my car checked for myself and my sandwich was wrong . Iended up taking my sandwich back in and asking for my money back. While waiting for my money back a young girl and young manwere handling money and making food with the same gloves how nasty. This particular Jimmy Johns seems more concerned about the drive-through and delivery orders than customers inside the store. I... waited at least 10-15 minutes for two sandwiches and was the only person in the store. Meanwhile, I watched about 20drive-through cars and 15 delivery orders complete. I usually love Jimmy John?s but I have had two terrible experiences with this location and will like not order from there again.... The first time it took two hours to get my food. Today, I ordered and an hour went by, then I got a notification that my foodhad arrived. I called and they voided my order and said they would send it again. Another hour later, it still has not beendelivered. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the person I spoke to on the phone was nice. Read more
