This is the closest Jimmy John?s to our house and my kids like Jimmy John?s so We?ve tried to give them a fair shot as they?ve... apologized when they?ve messed up and sworn they are working on quality. This is 3rd time we have had a pretty bad experience-here is my TOTALLY Tuna sandwich. Yikes. I tried to call and find an internal email address to send this to for trainingpurposes and the person basically played dumb. So here you are business owner. Good luck. Read more

Waited 25 minutes for one sandwich. Ordered curbside pickup and waited 15 minutes, with no updates. Walked inside and asked... about my order to be told they lost the ticket - no apologies for the delay. Waited another 10 minutes while people who came inafter me and ordered were completed first. 2 stars because sandwich was good but service was terrible Read more

I used to work here. I saw a lot of really good and caring employees while I worked here. People who cared about the work they... did. I'm not gonna sit here and lie and say any of them wanted to work in a sandwich business, but they wanted customers to havea good experience and to try to keep the environment positive for fellow coworkers. Upper management decisions have driven eachand every one of them, including myself, away. We were constantly out of supplies, weren't being paid enough to meet our ownneeds, and forced to work on skeleton crews that couldn't handle the needs of our customers. That's really only the beginning ofthe problems. When I left I was one of only two night shift drivers. Now I presume they only have one. Instead they pay gigdrivers (more than they paid us) to ignore your orders despite not even helping in the store like our previous Jimmy Johnsdrivers would. Please don't take your hate out on the good people who are still here trying to do right. That being said thislocation is absolutely terrible and the people running the store above those currently working in the store are to blame. Read more

In store customer. Waited for multiple delivery and online orders to be prepared before I got my order. Asked for no onions and... no tomato on different sandwiches and they were both still on the sandwich. They also did not have the chips I wanted. Read more

They have a new cashier that is working the drive-thru. The last 2 times I've gone to this Jimmy John's, they told me they... didn't give a military discount. I have been going to this Jimmy John's for a long time, and they always gave me a militarydiscount. I think this employee needs additional training. They are very quick when picking up an online order. The one problem I seem to always have is reminding them of the extras to... include with the order like mayo packets, mustard packets, and things along that line. Read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've gone too. The first time I went they forgot the avocado I paid for on my sandwiches. The... second time I wanted to make sure it was on there and asked them to as well. No Apology or care in the world. The second timethe bread was so burnt on the bottom my family had to eat them as open faced sandwiches. I will not be back Read more

Ordered a sandwich and a pickle bucket (vs a single pickle) figuring a bucket of pickles will hold up over the next week or two.... What I received was a sandwich and 14 pickle spears wrapped in paper. My bad for assuming a pickle "bucket" would come in somesort of container. Guess this is likely why you dont offer "a cup" of soup. Hopefully the bottom of my bag doesnt fall out frompickle juice saturation before I get home. Read more
