I give up on this location. I kept trying to eat here because it?s on the way home and I like Jack n the Box OR I Did. Been... there a dozen times lately and either leave with no food or bad food. Slowest ?fast food? ever, you can wait at the speaker for10+ minutes without a response from a employee. Most of the time after you wait they say they are unable to cook most of themenu. Please put a sign up or shut down if you can?t get help or cook most of the items. It?s a big waste of time for yourcustomers. Especially if your stuck in line unable to get out and can?t order anything you want. The quality isn?t even wortheating if you can get anything at all. Read more

I haven?t eaten at Jumbo Jack in a long time. Decided to drop in and get a Jumbo Jack. The workers were great but unfortunately... these are no longer jumbo. At first I thought I ordered the wrong burger because I paid $5.59 for this mini version of a JumboJack. Still unsure if it was right. I will need to check this fast food restaurant off my list. I gave up on this location all together. My order is either always messed up, tastes funny, and/or is not edible. I even had... rotten green eggs at one visit. You can't call to correct anything because the number on the receipt is a fax machine. Withthe amount of traffic in this area I'm a little surprised they don't put any effort into improving the quality of the food orthe service. Read more

If I could give it less than one star I would have the attitude of the person at the window was horrendous I understand they are... understaffed I would be willing to wait longer if I knew I were getting quality food but not only did I not get quality food myorder was messed up I also know I was charged an upcharge to get a large fry and soda which I expected what I did not expect wasthat my large fry would not even come to the bottom curve of the large fry container and because the lobbies closed you can'tget inside to get it fixed so guess what you either got to wait in line again to get it fixed and get more attitude from theperson at the window or you can just give up and try to get a hold of corporate either way highly would not recommend this place Read more
