Very good food. I asked for white meat with my sesame chicken, and I got white meat. A lot of places won't do that. Steamed... vegetables were very good The only downside preventing a 5 star is cash only. If you have cash, I recommend this place. Read more

The guy behind behind the counter is extremely rude. Plus was over charged. When giving my order I asked for sweet and sour and... he told me I should've asked for it at the end Read more

The absolute best Chinese! Delivery is quick. Food is hot and fresh. Cash only, but it's worth it.

I?ve loved house of Chen forever. They have great food, great service, and great prices. In my 20 years of going there, I?ve... never had bad service or bad food. I think people are mistaking being busy/in a rush with the owners being rude. Definitely givethis place an open minded try!! Read more

Paid $50 for 3 people, kinda absurd. That would have been fine, had the food been good. It just wasn't. Crab Rangoon should've... been called cream cheese in a stale chip. Overall, the taste was mediocre, but I also got to spend the rest of the evening gluedto the toilet as it went straight through me (never had any issue with any Chinese before). Cash only is annoying, and theydidn't give me a receipt. Don't go here. Read more

Went here, there was nobody there eating and the guy behind the counter was rude to the point that I think he was actively... trying to get me to leave without bothering him. There was no dine in (no signs said this, he just said no), they were outof/didn't have the first few things I asked for to go - he recommended fried rice (probably because they already had somecooked). Sorry, if all you have is leftover fried rice, I'm not ordering that. Apparently it is cash only (again, no signs),or at least that's the last thing I asked him before I walked out. I would give this place 0 stars if that were possible, avoidavoid avoid. Read more

So this is food from recently and it taste pretty good per usual. This place only accepts cash. They are more expensive & lack... good customer service. I was trying to order good and the guy cut me off more than once until I decided to go with anotherplace. The competitions food needs to be doctored up but they are friendly and the food is on packaged so well it stays hot forlong periods of time. I could not deal with the disrespect. It's not just over the phone but in person as well. For the horriblecustomer service you'd think the process matched but lo mean & hot braised chicken was 25$!!! It's probably 12 elsewhere withnicer people taking your orders. They are purely still in business off taste alone. The lady was nicer but you could tell shewasn't the friendliest either. I random man came in complaining about his order & pricing to me & she just rolled her eyes. Thiswas last week. I'll eat it again for the taste but that's only when they're 75 percent rude instead of the usual 100%! Trust methey do not care! They were the only place open when the entire area was shut down due to a blizzard. I was looking to shop atthe beauty supply next door but I wasn't surprised. Rude & u professional behavior causes a need to be opened during hazardoustimes. Read more
