Cash only, but good bar food. Had the Buffalo chicken wrap. They have a jalapeños ranch that is SO good. We have our fantasy... football draft there, and they are always accommodating. There are pool tables in the back, and outdoor seating. Walkingdistance for a lot of the patrons. If you're in the neighborhood, I would recommend popping in for a man soda and a bite to eat. Still 5 stars! After ~20 years of stopping in this place what always wins me over is the bartenders! They have been here as long... as I have! Do you wait for a drink? Food is decent for bar food but it is the bartenders and atmosphere of this place that really make this place amazing. Tvs... everywhere and an abundance of games to entertain you while you are there. Plus a nice sized patio for when the weather isnice. Update: This is the bar my husband and our friends end up at pretty much anytime we go downtown now. Reasonably priceddrinks, food is still decent for bar food. Excellent burger! Loved the crinkle fries. Their homemade chips are terrific as well. I ordered my fries well none and they... were perfect. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Although off the beaten track, this little place is worth the visit! Plenty of games for the family as well as a beautiful outside dining area. I will be back. Tucked away in a south St. Louisneighborhood. Edit: I have returned a number of times for the hamburger and chips. The cannoli bites are a newfavorite. NOTE: they accept only cash. Good place to watch the game, drinks are cheap and my friends say the bar food is great. Tons of bar games to play including... billiards, foosball, air hockey and more. Huge outdoor patio and service was really good and friendly. Read more
