This Domino?s has only one employee who can read the instructions for No Garlic Oil. if he is not there, they will put garlic on... it and I have to wait for a remake. It?s happened dozen times. Otherwise, it?s pretty good. Read more

The pizza is fine but apparently no one there understands the concept of "contactless delivery". Your driver knocking on my... door, holding the screen door open and waiting for me to answer, is not contactless. Read more

Ordered, waited thirty minutes with no movement online , called to see why there was no movement and they said it would be three... hours until someone could deliver it. Was on hold for 25 minutes to speak with a manager so I drove to the store to cancel andeveryone was just standing around. Read more

I made an order at 8pm on Friday and didn't receive my order until 11pm. Without exaggeration, it took 3 hours for the order to... arrive. I had already ordered dinner somewhere else and gone to bed. I tried calling and going online to cancel my order. Theydidn't pick up the phone and I didn't receive an email back until the next day. I requested a refund once I received an emailresponse and they refused because I didn't cancel the order. I explained the reason I was unable to cancel, and they stillrefused to refund. I had to go to Paypal and open a case in order to receive a refund. I absolutely would never order from hereagain. Read more

No garlic seasoning on sides of pizza, light cheese and extra sauce every time I order. Always they "forget the garlic... seasoning". Leaving me with this nasty dry crust and way too much sauce. Read more

Pizza had absolutely no cheese on it just straight sauce for the THIRD time at this location AND there were onions on my pizza... which i didn?t order either .Called to ask for my pizza to be redelivered told it would take ?a couple hours? asked what acouple hours would be and was told i can?t be told a time frame I?d just have to wait . Nobody?s waiting up to 4 hours for apizza. Called to have a refund put on my account and file a complaint and the person who ?helped? me last time this happenedsaid she would ?pass the complaint up? nobody called nor said anything last time this happened so i doubt anything will actuallybe done about it . Ms.Andrea, the General Manager is so professional at solving problems with orders quick & efficiently. We tried to make the... online order & the website does not allow it. It?s almost impossible to get a discount in store but she made it happen. It is sorefreshing to see there is still someone who has the skill of excellent corporate customer service. I don?t often come to Dominos because in the past they have messed up on many occasions on the simplest requests of EXTRA Cheese... on my pizzas. Again, why I?ll never be back. The sad part is that?s it?s a fairly new location (2256 S. Grand Avenue. St. LouisMO) and I paid for extras as always & still it?s not extra. I will never be back. Sticking with Pizza Hut.
