This is the 3rd time I've gone here to get a blizzard. No I have to admit I'm completely hooked on their New York cheesecake... Royal blizzard and everywhere else does it fine but this place I order extra cheesecake pieces and they put a little bit on thetop and it's always just vanilla soft serve on the bottom with absolutely no other toppings every single time I just don'tunderstand why they can't just give me what I paid for Read more
Not sure what happened but the sundae we ordered had ice cream that was not usual to Dairy Queen. It was yellow and had ice... chunks in it. Not white, smooth and fluffy like we're used to. What a disappointment ???? Read more
Was in the drive through today and sat almost 10 minutes the lady in front of me put her car in park because of how long it was... taking to get her order taken. I also put my car in park because it was taking so long. We ordered two blizzards when he handedthem out they were like a runny milk shake. I literally used a straw it was that runny. Your stuck in line with no way outotherwise I would of left. They are over priced and no customer service. I won't be back rather go to one in south county. When the clerk handed my order it was already melting. As I took the top off to eat it. All the melted ice cream ran all over my... clothes, my seats and console. Before I left the parking lot. The clerk was showing off what she was doing. I guess to a newemployee. I guess the ice cream treat was sitting on the counter waiting in the hot temperature of the outside and inside. Read more
thank you for such a horrible place. I will not have to go there again. 20 minutes waiting for mobile order, which was already... 10 minutes past promised time. many others came in, orders taken, and food given before EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME. what was supposedto be hot was cold. cold stuff was running all over the sides. place was very dirty. First time to this location and Never again. Ordered a chicken salad, water and a kids hamburger meal with a milk. They charged... for a salad meal and instead of refunding me they wanted to give me something that equaled the $2 drink. If I wanted more food Iwould have ordered it. Then my son's hamburger had cheese on it when I specifically said only ketchup and mustard and my receiptreflected that as well. His meal wasn't in a kids bag with the free ice cream token, it was just put in the bag with the salad. We were going to go eat at the park but they put no silverware in the bag for my salad and no napkins. Can definitely see whythey get horrible reviews. Read more
