I hardly write reviews but this time I must! From appetizers to steaks to desert, everything we had was flawless. We ordered dry... aged meatballs, grilled octopus for appetizers, 60-day dry aged tomahawk, creme brulee etc. One word - perfect! We drove 40minto try their food, and it was absolutely worth the drive. Amanda B was our server, and honestly one of the best servers we'veever had! Initially the steak came out smaller than we expected as we didn't know how much the bone weighted, but Chef Marc cameout with more amazingly delicious cuts - he made a compromise because he cared about his customers. He and Amanda did best toensure we had a great experience. Honestly, our steak was one of the best we'd ever had after comparing it to other upper scaleplaces like Capital Grille and 801 Chophouse. We'll come back again soon, and we'll happily drive 40min just for really highquality steak! Read more
We went here to celebrate our anniversary. Having been to one of the chefs other restaurants (58 hundred) we knew his food would... be good but it was amazing! The sides are plenty big enough for 2 to split, we also shared the porterhouse because it was sobig. It was the best steak dinner we've ever had! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a specialnight out! I am also currently using a knee scooter due to ankle surgery and they were very accommodating and helpful! Very overpriced for the amount of food you get. We ordered the scallops and jumbo lumb crab appetizer. The scallops were... undercooked and the lump crab was cold. It just was not appealing. We also ordered the fried rock shrimp appetizer. The tastewas okay and the shrimp were more like popcorn shrimp. The tenderloin was good but charging $3 for steak sauce was a bit much.The service was great but again the food was substandard, portions were small, and overpriced. Read more
Tailored experience by educated and professional staff. This local spot has been expertly designed with a simple but cultured... menu. There are several steak houses in greater STL but none have an atmosphere as amazing to this place. The unique bar area is a... fun and inviting spot to socialize ?. otherwise sit out on the back deck, relax and enjoy the night. The food is fantastic -the steaks are what you want and expect with a dry age regardless of the cut you choose. Most impressive part was the amazingstaff, they are welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. This photo doesn?t do the halibut justice. The halibut was absolutely amazing and perfectly prepared with all the right spices....
