This is the worst Burger King ever!! I have called to speak to the franchise manager many times no return call. the food is a... hit or miss you can never be in and out of the drive-through gas prices are extremely high and they treat us like cr^P !!! Thisis the only somewhat (Maybe) open late restaurant in my neighborhood. The community spends a lot of money here and when we cometo order THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING!! My next step for resolution will be to contact the news. Burger King is Not the problem butthis location is. I?m tired of the unprofessionally managed store. I like the Brand and if they?re not going to deliver us whatwe deserve maybe we should see if we can get a different restaurant to replace it. Read more
Went to order my food, they were out of almost everything. The drive through employee was getting irritated at ME because of the... fact that what I wanted couldn't be fulfilled. Ridiculous. Staff is incredibly hostile and disrespectful... Don't work incustomer service if you don't have the ability to have common courtesy for others... just saying. On a final note, leaving thedrive through, the workers in the building cussed me out. Highly unprofessional establishment. Do not recommend getting foodhere unless you want to be dissatisfied. I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper. I haven't visited a Burger King in many years but went on a whim. The place was very... busy--not too many people inside but the drive-through was clearly keeping the employees running. The soda machines were out ofseveral flavors, so the person taking orders was also running to drive-thru and making drinks. The Impossible Whopper was quitetasty and well-made. I never cared for beef so I'm not in the habit of ordering burgers. At the risk of sounding silly, it waspossibly the best burger I've ever eaten. The onion rings, on the other hand, were burnt and tasted bad, which is a shame sincethey're a great delivery system for Zesty Sauce. I didn't wind up finishing them. I wish there had been outdoor seating. Therewas a small courtyard area where a table clearly could go, and perhaps used to go. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. Read more
Not very friendly staff, as well as not good with comprehension of requests nor filling complete order. Only received 1 out of 2... of my nugget orders, as well as didn't remove toppings like requested on a sandwich. Horrible experience all around. BurgerKing? Hardly. Do better. Read more
