I work at Baskin Robbins and we get a 50% discount, but when I went here and asked for it with proof that I work at this... establishment(another location) the employee paused and said ?we don?t do discounts?? I?m sorry??? To a point she thought aboutgiving it to me until she decided in her mind that I?m underserving of?. Please, travel not to this location for theyreunfriendly, they allow others to cut the line and they?re unresponsive . Enough said. Read more
This is one of our favorite Baskin-Robbins stores! We have been to many around the area, even some far out, many we've not... bothered to go back to. We will be back to this one! Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and thelike. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful. Wepre-ordered a cake and it was very nicely made. We've had some cake disasters over the years from various other BR stores, sothankful for an easy, no issue cake order this time! Read more
Nice ice cream store in a strip shopping center in an older, upscale residential area. Standard broad selection of B&R ice cream... and good service. Not much sitting area outside to eat but the place was fairly quiet the night we were there. Read more
I needed to pick up a little cake for my daughters 3rd birthday (quarantined). The gentleman at this location was very very... professional, fast, and had a sense of humor during these times!! My actual cake was beautiful!!!! And waaaay cheaper than Iwould have paid for a cake elsewhere. And not to mention it was an icecream cake with icecream scoops of dif ice creams fromthere!!! Very good, oh my favorite flavor. Baseball nut. It's seasonal this place still have it. Other location I visited they were out... for season. Calorie conscious me should have had only one kiddy scoop or one scoop of strawberry as much I prefer to eat. Read more
This location does really well for the limited amount of space they have. I have always been treated nicely by the staff, and... their selection is fantastic. My wife and I brought our kids up one time and they didn't hesitate to accommodate them - theywere top-notch! I even saw one of the girls handle a man who obviously had more bank than brains as he was rude andcondescending, and she did a really great job. Read more
Everyone understands when ice-cream places and food stores stopped giving samples during the pandemic but those precautions are... long gone and every store we?ve been in has been putting out samples, salad bars are open, etc. Baskin Robbins is known forgiving samples with the mini spoons and this location will not allow it. You cannot catch anything by handing a spoonful oficecream to someone who then throws it in the trash or uses it to eat what they?ve ordered. This place is always cutting cornersand seems like they just don?t want to spend money on spoons, give away a minuscule amount they could?ve made money on or bebothered to give out samples.
