I had a connecting flight stopping in St. Louis and wasn't able to get something to eat at the previous airport. I didn't have... time for sit down restaurant and choices were limited. I got in line at the Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins for ice cream. Therewere people in line. Male worker was yelling it was 8:30 and they were no longer selling ice cream. Woman said she would doice cream, no toppings, for those already in line. Man also refused to do anything besides donuts or hot coffee. Peoplewanting lattes were turned away. Girl at the register said we should tell the captains to get us there faster. Guess they don'tcare about losing sales. I was 3rd person in line and my check out time was 8:36. If they were still open for coffee anddonuts, why not sell other products? Read more

3 lazy employees behind the counter told us "we are only doing scoops of ice cream tonight. No smoothies or anything else." And... also said "those toppings are just for show. You can only get the premade ice cream" Read more

Clearly having freezer issues, the ice cream was frothy and looked nasty. Staff at least didn't scrape it off the top of their... drums so we were able to see how gross it was and were able to walk away before making a regrettable purchase. Love they're ice cream No location in St Louis had the flavor Ice Cream I wanted for more than a two weeks.

It is located past the security check.

Went by the store at 8:45 to get some ice cream and was told they were closed. Website says they are open til 9. Confronted one... of the employees about it and she said they closed at 8:30 and that she was just doing what she was told. All I wanted was someice cream. Won't be returning. If the website says your open til 9; don't close 15 minutes early then lie about it. Read more
