This location is consistent in quality and has never messed up an order. Food was hot and fresh.
The chicken in my sandwich was literally so old and rock hard that I chipped my tooth on it. Chicken nuggets were just as old... and hard. Threw away $20 of food that clearly sat under a heat lamp for a day or two. Read more
Great service. We tried the new hamburgers and enjoyed them, along with a Jamoca shake and crinkle fries.
Arbys were good. We got the 2 for $6. Fish sandwich. Have to be honest, they were bigger and tastes just as good as... McDonald's. Service was good. It's Lent season. And cheaper than 2 of McDonald's. McDonald's is not what it use to be, agree???? Read more
Very good, very fresh I love their mozzarella sticks, a great grab & go snack. They were very friendly and I love that they... don't overfill their bags and fold it over so the food stays warm. I love their Cinnamon Carmel shakes also. I have enjoyedeverything I have purchased there. Read more
All the staff were very helpful and attentive! I was traveling so it is refreshing to encounter great customer service anytime... but especially when you're on the road. The young lady on the fryer took "special" care of me and made sure my chicken fingerswere fresh! I appreciated that! I didn't get her name. She was African American and had a wonderful smile. I am a firm believer that I can sit and wait at the window much like I can sit around the building, especially when there is... nobody else in line. To help stats? Serving times? Not a fan, two stars. Thats management the entire way, cant blame the poorguy asking me.ll heads up arbys headquarters, their stats arent what they appear to be. It should be a one star. We'll see howit tastes and reevaluate this. Photo is of me waiting with no extended drive thru wait. Update: the food was warm, however, thatdoesnt negate the fact that asking me to pull to the other side of the building is a cop out and you're lying to yourselves ifyou believe your times are better than what they are.
