The food is ok. Nothing impressive and with the rise in cost, it got expensive for the portion that we got. I have to add that... the place is disgustingly gross. All of the tables and chairs felt sticky. Even the floor felt sticky. The washroom looked likeit wasn't cleaned for days. It used to be an ok place to have a snack. However, we won't go back. Food was nice and staff was so cooperative.
My wife is always worried that when we come to St. John's she won't find the kinds of food she prefers, because she is from the... Caribbean. This place turned out to be right up her alley. Quite a variety of rice and noodle dishes for her to choose from,which is exactly what we look for. Lots of flavor and as spicey as you like. Clean restaurant and clean washrooms, which I findto be rare nowadays. Service was fast and friendly. Read more
It was okayish. Whatever sauce they use, they use it too much so everything gets too sweet or salty or a mixer of both (but... definitely too much). But quality wise it was really good. Quantity was perfect as well for one person (portion wise). Goodvariety and good customer service. Read more
