Wow, alot of Tim Hortons places are so rushed that the staff are not able to say hi however the crowd at this location are just... simply amazing! The staff are just as busy as the others but they go out of their way to give you that extra touch of customerservice. The staff at this location are very fast and super friendly. My sister and I frequent Tim Hortons daily and not only dowe look forward to the friendly smiles the coffee is always pure perfection ? Came back to this location after a long time and bad experiences before. I can confirm that they still have terrible customer... service & very unfriendly staff. They don't greet & just place whatever you order on the counter without a word. Last time, Ihad ordered a capuccino and it didn't tasted like it usually does (had some burned flavour in it) so I went back and told thecounter lady who was very upset and started giving me a lecture on how a capuccino tastes. "It's not a French vanilla, you know"- she kept saying and added "we prepared it as we usually do, there's nothing wrong with it". Well it tasted awful and I did noorder a capuccino instead of a french vanilla by mistake. I have had plenty of capuccinos at Tim's before and this one was BAD.This locations needs some serious customer service training!!! Read more
Typical Tims, I wish they would offer healthier food options
Tim Hortons at the village mall is the absolute best place to get the best service wonderful employees always gets a smile and a... greeting... but my absolute best workers are number 1 Cathy and number 2 is Dawn they are my favorite people ... but the otherworkers are friendly and sweet too .
