I stopped by this location for the first time today. I ordered 1 medium tea with 2 milk, and a medium iced coffee. When I got to... the window, I was given a a small iced coffee and small tea. The tea was okay, but the iced Coffee was so sweet that even when Istirred it, it was too sweet to drink. I had to just throw it away. I was also charged for 2 medium and got 2 smalls. Read more

I usually don't have any problems with this location. The staff are always really friendly and the wait is usually short. I just... want to know why this location discriminates against walk-in customers. Any time they are short staffed, they close down thestorefront. I get that it's a gas station, but surely that isn't a good enough reason not to serve people who walk? There was a gentleman on drive through, and when I politely asked for a small , non-alcoholic water he happily agreed. Best Tim Horton's in St. John's for sure! The staff are always friendly. Coffee and food are always fresh and delicious. They're... usually pretty busy, but the staff there manage to get orders out to customers very fast! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could! Read more
