I was ahead of 3 cars in next lane and they go ahead and get served ahead of me.Akwayd at this Tim Horton's I don't think its... fair and the system should be better handled.If u got 2 lanes makes sure that 1 frm each lane be served ,not 3 frm opposite lanewhile I am still waiting to be served!Won't go to this Tim's again! July 10, 10:55 pm: We have gone there regularly almost every evening for the last 10 months, but we're never going there... anymore after tonight's incident by their super rude supervisor named JANNATUL. We were told by one of the employees that wecould stay for dine-in till 11 pm, but Jannatul shouted twice to leave the place around 10:50 pm. As soon as she shouted for thefirst time at our face, we quietly started preparing our stuff to leave the place but she again came in a minute, shouted at usand told one employee that ?I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS SHI*S!? Even all the employees were standing there stunned seeing herbehaviour, they were ashamed of her and we left the place immediately. Ruined our day! Extremely horrible experience! Have beenregular customers for 10 months, just to have the worst evening of our life! Never seen any other employee as disgusting andunprofessional as her. Read more
29th June 2022 around 11 pm. I went with a friend to drive through because only drive through was open but we didn't have a car... so we walked to place the order. Order taker told us to order through the window, we went to window to order and kept standingthere until all other cars who we were AHEAD of were served already. Order taker never took our order despite talking to theguy at window. We went back to the drive through order place and then he rudely told us to come to window again. The guy wasextremely rude and he told us we do not serve walking customers, drive through cars are our priority...you are not. I feltinsulted and unwelcomed. I have previously been to same branch and never had a problem. This manager had a really bad tone. Itliterally ruined my day. Students who do not own a vehicle should also be treated with respect. Asked for a Ice coffee without no cream, no sugar and no ice. This is what i get! Half cup of coffee mentioning that they have... to maintain the line if customer ask for no ice. I mean i asked for no sugar no cream as well so, should i get discount for notgetting that? Then why should i get a discount in quantity if asked for no ice. Just Ridiculous, such a bad business practiceby the manager or owner. Never going back to this location.
