Staff need an attitude adjustment. Cursing and carrying on because of your own screw ups and giving customers dirty looks when... they confuse toppings they want. I hate this location! I never ever ever have a good experience here. It is either always cold or soggy or the vegetables are... always either creepy or wet. Last time I went the toaster was broken??? And they didn't tell me until I already ordered???????They told me just to microwave it??? At night I often lay awake in my bed for hours performing meditative rituals in order toplunge myself into a state of lucid dreaming. I open my eyes within the dream and I imagine myself as a MIGHTY DRAGON soaringabove this subway and LAYING WASTE with my fiery breath! 1 star!!!! Read more
Misses with tattoo on right arm could be a little more pleasant, nothing but ignorance on how to talk to people...... smarten... up, if you don't want to speak to people pleasantly don't work with the public. Read more

Stood in line for almost half an hour and watched the staff work very hard to get delivery orders done, while occasionally... making a sandwich for the customers actually standing there in front of them. Only three people in line got served in that halfhour and there were still two people ahead of me. I left without a sandwich. Read more
Store is rather small and it is crowded at lunch time with long line ups and wait times for your meal. During my last visit, it... was staffed properly with 4-5 employees onsite but too much personal conversations and shift discussions taking place. Notenough interaction with the customers. Lobby area was unclean (as it was winter and salt/snow being tracked in from outdoors),food was fresh and I did enjoy my meal. Read more
