Gotten very slow with the service, gets orders wrong multiple times. Mobile orders are ignored until drove through and front are... served, even if the mobile order has already been waiting for 20 minutes. Read more
Short staffed, leading to an extremely long wait for food. Quality of food was very poor...burgers were barely warm and mushy,... fries were barely cooked and the soft drinks were little more than carbonated water (fountain needed to be changed, so no syrupwas being added). Staff, however, presented as friendly and apologetic...even though they were working short handed and, I'msure, were dealing with annoyed customers. Read more
Good food, reasonable prices, always clean, comfortable seating, free wifi. Staff is pretty friendly. I recommend this place.
Hands down the best burger in town. Their Roadhouse burger tops among others. Perfect blend of sauces and crispy onion rings... make this one my favourite. Read more
Asked the employees politely if they could ensure that my order was fresh, due to the fact the 3 times I've ordered here it has... been horrible. Got my order and the food was still not fresh, paddy's on the burgers were cold & dry,deffs left in the warmerfor a good while. Pretty good service for eat in. The drive through is slow though.
Ordered skip the dishes through this location, turns out if they are out of the item you ordered they just replace it with... whatever they want. They dont call you, offer a refund or cancel the order. To top it off I have an egg allergy and therereplacement was covered in mayo, got to love it when bk's lazy workers almost send you to the hospital. Read more
