Often out of stock with basic food items, like chicken - we understand there are occasionally supply chain issues, but we called... to make sure a certain item was in stock - they checked and said "yes" - but it was not. Time to start making my own at home?Probably. They've been out of chicken for several weeks now - again, there may be supply chain issues, but telling customersit's in stock and we show up within 20 minutes and they say it's not - is frustrating. Here's hoping the staff and management dobetter, I doubt they're as incompetent as it appears - just a matter of taking an interest and caring about how thingsoperate. If you're really craving Mr. Sub, I'd look for another location unless you live in the area. That being said, thefood is good when they've actually got something to make you. Edit: November 18th - almost 3 months later, tried going backonce again at 4pm on a Friday (supposed to be open till 9pm), and they said it was closed/had no workers. This place is donefor. Someone at a higher management level needs to look at this location. There is usually a lot of traffic through here, soit's a bit sad with what's happening. Hopefully they figure it out. Sorry excuse for a mr sub,, hardly any toppings and the subs , well, might as well just give ya bread .

Bread was dry and stale and pizza sub was cold even after asking to heat up.

Worst sub I?ve ever had. Soggy as hell after even grilling. Don?t try this place. No brown bread And the cashier was charging... me regular price for sub of the day . Again it was terrible. Had to throw it away . Read more

I liked it the one time I got food here but the hours for this location are wrong. This location closes at 3p not 4p like the... website says. I loved it tbh, good quantity and great taste! Mary listened to what we ordered and made exactly what we wanted it was DELICIOUS... fr. We had a chicken souvlaki though, loved the variety too it was pretty unique for subs. Recommended! Read more

This afternoon I ordered 3 large white bread pizzas subs! Bread was dry, certain it was made day before! When I asked why only... 1 slice of cheese (it has come with 2 slices for 20 years) staff informed me her instructions were to use 1. I said, then whydoes the picture of the sub on the menu board have 2 slices? Staff had no answer! She had no pizza sauce on the make table andhad to go to the back... the place was dead!
