The past 3 times we have been to this location after our sons hockey game, they have been out of bacon, onion rings, lettuce,... impossible burgers (2 out of 5 are vegetarians) staff are not trained fully. They close early because they are put of food. NoManager in site nor do they answer calls from employees. Love BK and hope this location improves how they manage thisrestaurant. Read more
You have to be very patient for your food as the wait is very long. Confused cashier. They need experienced staff.

Ordered two meals, 1 Bacon & Cheese Whooper and 1 Bacon King. Received 2 Bacon & Cheese Whoppers on two tiny potato buns. After... we went back in to correct our order the girl at the cash then informed us they had just ran out of Whopper Buns. Would havebeen great to know before ordering. How can Burger King run out of WHOPPER BUNS on a Monday afternoon?? That's literally yourmain items distinct feature! Cashier claimed that I had told her 2 B/C Whoppers when I clearly ordered the meals separateinstead of two of the same meal. For our drinks, the Foutain Machine did not have any carbonation for the Coca Cola, Root Beeror any other carbonated drink. Cashier said she'd take a look at it -- she didn't so we got Iced Tea. French customer next to usasked for salt, "sel" in French and the cashier did not understand him. Being so close to the Ontario-Quebec border you'd thinktheir employees know at least a little bit of French... nope! Cashier then went to the back to make us another Bacon King, andmagically found another Whopper Bun hiding in the back after she just told us they had ran out. I don't go to Burger King a lotbut when I do I'm always excited for the large and filling size of the Whopper, this time I was sorely disappointed as thesmaller Bun naturally made the Whopper much smaller. Last time I came here they wouldn't make me another burger or refund me 16$ because they put mayo on my burger after I told them... I'm allergic ....now it says on the door they ate open at 10 , on the website, and on Google and they are closed saying theyopen at 11 these people need to fix their buisness!! Read more
For the past few months we have been going there a few times a month hoping it would get better but no.... Let's review like... the ratings. 1-FOOD : Well it's a fast food place so... My family has some vegetarians and some not. There is always a issuewith impossible burger. Either they are out or the "machine" is off because they are closing soon... (Whatever that means) orout of bacon or out of onion rings. NEVER ORDER ONLINE because there will always be something wrong. 2-SERVICE : Well it's notthe kids fault but they are trying. I have never seen a manager there. 3-ATMOSPHERE : In a run down gas station, next to a Mr.Sub that's never open you will find this little restaurant who usually refuses you to eat inside if they are about to close (1hour before or less). This truck stop which I am sure was wonderful 10 years ago could use some attention by the owners. If youare looking to feel welcome this is not the place. We want to support local but they really need to step it up. Read more
