I've been going to Wendy's for over 20 years. I was denied service tonight at this Wendy's because they are under going... renovations. Apparently people on bicycles aren't allowed to eat Wendy's food when they are under renovation. At first I wastold that they can only serve vehicles with a motor, when I pointed out that I had a motor on my ebike, I was still deniedservice. Would it have been so hard to serve me? The manager and staff at this restaurant are rude and ignorant. I'm done withgoing to Wendy's, and am considering a filing a suit. Read more

Absolutely the worst representation for Wendy's. Basic burger order had to park and wait for 15 minutes. Not interested in... serving Frosticcino's after 9:30pm! The manager (Connor) appears to just NOT care! Read more

They messed up my order twice and their manager admitted that burger buns frequently fall into the cheese sauce vat. The staff... are generally friendly but the manager I dealt with was horrible. The attached photo is of the bag soaked in sauce. Read more

Came through drive thru around 8pm for a combo and a sandwich, cashier at order taking was intimidating and seemed to really... hate working there (maybe a bad day?) but window guy was very pleasent! Salad was browned and I also unfortunately I didn'tknow the asiago ranch chicken was spicy so I couldn't eat it but my significant other did and I had his baconator which wasgood. Read more
