I normally get the avocado keto salad but today I decided to try the spicy asian crunch in a spinach wrap and it was INCREDIBLE.... I also got my mom the Greek salad. The choices are a plenty. The ingredients be fresh. The staff are exquisite. The prices feel good. Urban cravings is a great... place for healthy eating. They have a giant wall full of options for bowls and salads. Within those options are choices forketo. It's one of the only places I've seen offer cauliflower rice as a base which is awesome. It's hard to find a place whereyou can eat fresh fruits and vegetables and not break the bank but they manage to do it. Even the protein add-ons are wellpriced. The staff are friendly and energetic.
