Have ordered from them a few times and thought it was good. Tonight I got charged an extra $5 more then the total I got in the... email confirmation. When I called the store to inquire about this they said that because they?re driving over 5km we get chargedan extra $5, even though there was already a delivery charge applied. I asked where it said this and he said it wasn?t statedanywhere, everyone just know this. When I argued that they couldn?t do that, they hung up on me! Read more
There was only 1 woman working storefront and a gentleman behind the counter who was making about 10 orders at a time. The woman... at storefront couldn?t find my pizza and the gentleman asked if I could stay an additional 7ish min for a fresh one. They endedup finding my pizza but it was the thought of his that really counted. He was very fast and efficient when working whileextremely polite and professional when they thought they misplaced my pizza. I only bought a $12 pizza and decided to add a $10tip for his hard work. Worst pizza I ever had at this location. We have ordered at this location many times in the past and it had been amazing. But... this time we got a pizza with no sauce at all, when we called and informed, the person on the call was so rude he was like Ican?t give you another pizza as you already ate one slice (not sure how could I have known if there was sauce on it withouteating a slice) WE CLEARLY INFORMED HIM WE DON?T WANT ANYTHING FREE, we just called to inform our order was messed up. Also ourwings order was messed. When we asked him his name he said I am the driver and won?t tell my name. When I asked for the Managerhe said we all are Managers here and just disconnected the call. Never disappointed! Generous amount of sauce when asked for extra base. I love the generous amount of cheese added on which... gives it a really good overall rating of pizza. That's the reason I keep coming to this location it's always made the way Ilike. Read more
Orderd a pizza at 11:15pm wasent here by 12:30am so we drove in to see what happend with 30 mins left before they closed they... said 40mins-1hr but arriaved 15min to 1 am... also on top of that the toppings were just dumped on with no care in the world forpresentation it was cold and defs not cooked enough ! Amazing prices, very high quality service and the product also shows that. I ordered 2 party tray size pizza's and they were... ready within 20 minutes. The pizza's were hot and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Read more
Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. Couldn't get through one slice without feeling sick to my stomach. Very doughy. Cheese... on the garlic bread was disgusting. Wings were revolting. Zero sauce (when requested extra saucy) and half burnt. The "garlicdip" included was watery and had a funny smell/taste. Will never order from here again. Save your money and get a frozen pizzafrom No Frills. ???? Read more
