This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons. I order through the Mobile app before I leave my house and when I arrive... (approx.10min later) my order hasn?t even been started. All they care about is the drive thru. Some mornings i can be waiting2-5 min before I am even acknowledged at the counter. Read more

Bought the "NEW loaded cilantro lime chicken bowl". Staff skimps on the portions. Picture on menu shoes a full bowl brimming to... the top. The actual serving in the bowl is below the lip of the bowl. Basically misleading advertisements meant to seduce youinto buying the product and shortchanged you on product . We went through the drive thru at about 1:15 pm. We ordered food and three drinks, everything was perfect. The person taking... my order was friendly and the girl at the window was equally friendly (sorry no name tag). Very happy with the service. Read more

Just here for the first time nice clean everything looks good apart from this gentleman sitting with legs on the table with... slippers. This table should be used to put food and eating purpose only. I am not sure if this is allowed and this gentleman getsome education about restaurant manners. Just not feeling good ???????????? Read more

The service was pretty good here. Unfortunately there were flies landing on the donuts and bagels. I did not notice the flies... landing on the food until after I ordered. Absolutely disgusting! Read more

Just went through drive thru and asked for a small lemonade, medium double double and large freshly brewed iced tea quencher.... The person told us to drive up to the window however, I only saw the lemonade and coffee on the screen while we drove up. Iasked about the iced tea quencher to which the lady rudely replied saying a passion fruit quencher. I kindly restated that Iwanted an iced tea quencher and not a passionfruit one (I understand mistakes happen sometimes but it?s the store?s job to fixit). I checked on my Tim Hortons app and showed which drink I wanted which was dismissed. I inquired about this two more timesbefore paying to which she said that the passionfruit and iced tea quenchers are the same thing. I paid and left only to findout that the two quenchers are different prices. I was overcharged because a passionfruit quencher was punched in instead of theiced tea (which they gave me) despite all my questioning, no corrections were made. Really disgusted with how rudely theytreated and overcharged me this visit! Used to be a loyal customer before but definitely not anymore! Read more

the woman with the black bob with pink under was so rude to one of the employees, she made a mistake and was quick with attitude... you could tell the other employee was new. i was ordering a breakfast sandwich at 8:30 and they didn?t have any eggs and barelyand bagels. so disappointed. Read more
