Gave this place a few tries. Staff have terrible customer service and you can tell they don?t enjoy their job. Makes it a very... uncomfortable dining experience for students. Not to mention it is never open on time. For someone who has 8AM classes I shouldexpect to be able to get food when they SAY they open. If you can?t open before 8AM, change the opening hours. Pretty sure one of the staff members here was sick (don't know if it was Covid or not) but she should have definitely not been... working. The lady at the drive thru was wearing a mask and her voice was extremely hoarse. I'm pretty sure I witnessed her coughas well. My visit was last week and this week I have a sore throat and general malaise and am going to get tested. Definitelynot worth the risk especially at a time like this, just go get your coffee somewhere else. Read more

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they forgot about it. I had already been waiting 10 minutes for it, then I had to wait... another 5, only to get home and open it, and find out that there?s bacon, and no cream cheese on the bagel. Waste of my money. Read more
