One of the absolute worst tims I've ever been to. My order is consistantly wrong. TWICE now I've ordered a bacon farmers wrap... and recieved sausage, and now my breakfast biscuit is made with an english muffin. UGH! SO FRUSTRATING!!! Read more
This morning i got coffee and while i ordered my stuff, the lady who took my order she kept on saying anything else, anything... else, instead she could have asked me " would you like to get muffin, donut just for upsell or to treat a customer better butshe did not. it seems like she does not know how to do business. What can you say. It's Tim Hortons, pretty much quality is the same but the staff is amazing. Between Jay and Tiffany on drive... thru that I have normal interactions with. They are always so friendly and happy. Read more
Computer screens are broken and no receipts are given. Because of this the cashiers that didn't take a part of my order had no... way to know why I was standing around until they stopped being busy enough for me to ask. At which point they noted that itwasn't billed. No way to verify without receipt. Not gonna risk more errors that I cannot verify. Equipment remainsdilapidated. The restaurant is shared with a Wendys and has ample seating. The restaurants were both busy. Service was quick in line and... staff seemed have drive through customers ordering with no majot delays.
