Sat at the window for 2 minutes and had to start talking to them before anyone even said anything, when they did answer the... employee complained over the speaker that another employee was supposed to take the order and not her. When I got to the windowI sat for another 4 minutes without anyone opening the window. (I was the only vehicle in line and it did not appear busy insideat all. When the window did open, I was met with another employee that looked that he absolutely hated his job. I handed him thecash and he handed me what looked like a cold brew so I asked if it was an iced coffee. The employee then shakes the cup to mixit a little better and says "I've worked here for 4 years so I think I know what it looks like" then handed me my change. Itried to apologize as I didn't mean any insult but he shut the window immediately after the change. This location is alwaysslow, food and drink are tolerable, and the staff are unprofessional. Ordered on mobile app and still have to wait in a 30+ minute line only to wait for them to prepare my order. What is the point... of the mobile app? They have my money and now I can?t leave and go elsewhere. Read more
Petition to close this tim hortons. I just live next to this store and they are the worst. They always take time even if it?s... just a coffee. If I had one dollar for every time I left exhausted from their drive way, I would have my own Tim?s franchise.They screw up your order ki every time, and i wish I could mention something good about this store. This location has completely turned me off of Tim Hortons. I used to always grab a coffee and donut/breakfast on the way to work... in the morning. Now I don't even bother because they have nothing prepared in the morning. They say they're supposed to haveeverything ready for 6am but I've been there as late as 8am and have to ask them what they have available because they don'thave anything I ask for. And that's only when they even answer you at the drive through. There have been multiple occasionswhere I've sat there for 5 minutes and nobody will take my order so I drive away. As I pass by the window I see people insidenot paying attention. Terrible service, no availability at all in the mornings. I won't waste my time anymore, I willing belooking for a new regular morning place not called Tim Hortons. Read more

I post this picture to show you what a Cold Brew is supposed to look like! The one on the right of the 3rd picture is what I got... from this location. It tasted like the bottom of a coffee pot! I even questioned the guy at the window but all I got was that hemust have mixed it when he moved the cup to put espresso. This was received on June 13, 2022 at about 5:30ish, please train yourstaff! When I spend $4.00 on a drink I expect it to taste good! I had this drink replaced at the Tim Hortons on Ormond St. N inThorold and it tastes amazing! Please train your staff! Read more
