Great little "hidden gem" of a Timmy's. The staff is where this store shines. Excellent customer service. Don't go expecting to... sit down, or use the bathroom. This is a drive thru / walk up ONLY. Get your stuff, get out. Not a hard concept, incredibly wellexecuted by the staff. Read more
I was at the drive thru at lake and lakeshore yesterday and I was absolutely disgusted with how the manager treated his staff.... The young ethnic boy was sweeping the floor and his boss ripped the broom from his hand and told him how to do it like this. Iliterally cried when I saw this. I hope he quits, or they fire that manager. I will NEVER go to that Tim Hortons again!!! Read more
The worst functioning Tim Hortons I have ever seen. They force lines to extend out on to the roadway, every day, all day long,... even though there is a second window. They will also shortchange you with timbits, they give you fewer than what you pay for. Learn to count. Read more
Problem with mobile orders not coming through on system. Iced coffees not made consistent. No one in drive through but 5 people... waiting at front counter to be served. Also took them 25 minutes to give me a mobile order muffin. Read more

Staff took long time to take the order at the counter. I believe this place is well staffed but need some efficient way in... taking orders atleast. It looks like there is no washroom facility in this Tims. Read more
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Actually the worst Tim Hortons I?ve been to. We have tried several times to go there and every... time our order is messed up. I went 3 times to ask for a bacon breakfast sandwich on multigrain bagel and each time it was wrongon the 4th time I asked for a refund. Today my father in law asked for sausage breakfast sandwich on biscuit and was given baconbreakfast sandwich on English muffin. Read more
