My mom is from Michigan and came down to visit. We haven?t been to Swiss chalet in so long so had to revisit! Was super... disappointed to hear they no longer have pasta. I have ordered SC for years but quality has slipped. I spent a lot of money tonight for my Mom(96) & I to have a treat. The... coleslaw tasted slimy and has a chemical taste. Out to garbage. Very small amount of roast beef ends without gravy orhorseradish, French fries bits that were dry & old. Not impressed. Called the ?so called manager? & he seemed bored &uninterested in what I had to saw. This just proves to me that I cannot trust SC to make a decent, fresh meal even at a hugeprice. I cannot even trust if the coleslaw will make us sick so cannot take that chance anymore. Since SC don?t care about theirproduct & my health then ?Goodbye to SC?. This is a warning to those still ordering from Glendale Ave St Catharines. Not worthpaying big bucks to get sick!!! Read more

This was our first trip back to Canada in over 2 years and came just for Swiss Chalet ... it was even better than we... remembered!!! The food was delicious and well worth the drive from USA. Our server was Kristina ... she was excellent and madeour visit very pleasant!! She was courteous and quite helpful ... hope we will have her next time we return!! Read more
Came for dinner with my husband and my two children on a Wednesday night to walk in and find out Wednesday kids eat free!!!... BONUS! We were seated then greeted immediately by our server Taylor! She was one of the best servers we have had, she was righton the ball and we never had to ask for anything! Even extremely patient with one of my miserable children at the beginning. Wewill definitely be back and hope Taylor will be working! What a great family night out ! Read more

Thank you! And make sure the waitress is thanked as well. My instance showed excellent customer service from the manager and the... waitress he had to end up sending because the delivery driver refused to take a detour when a road was closed. Customer servicelike this is what we are missing in the world now. Also, I?d like to get the tip money I prepaid given to the girl who actuallydelivered and make sure the driver who didn?t want to work doesn?t get it. If not possible, I?d like it back. Ps. I did alreadytip her cash. But still. That driver deserves nothing because they?re lazy. Read more
