It?s not worth at all! I order original milk tea with homemade tapioca, but seem like i drink milk with tapioca which they made... from morning. I can?t drink that terrible drink, on top of that the employee isn?t friendly, unprofessional, ? Not recommend! Read more
Ordered a Large Black Milk Tea yesterday with their homemade tapioca, and the drink was aweful. Usually I order a Taro sherbert,... and its not bad, but their black milk tea was extremely sweet when I ordered less sweet. And as well their tapioca wasovercooked, as it was so mushy and barely texture. Maybe was a bad day yesterday, but as one of the popular fruit and bubble teachain, it is a little disappointing. The drinks are THE BEST! However, one worker was just terrible. No smile at all and seems like she doesn?t wanna be there. So... when I ordered they didn?t have tapioca so I asked what else they have for toppings and just told me so quickly and when I wasdeciding she just turned around and started washing the dishes. This chain has an awesome mango slush so I was quite excited to get one this week during the Mango Festival as it was 30% off,... however I came in on a Friday night before 8:30 to find that the store was closed. I usually come during the day so this was asurprise. Hours on Google are inaccurate. Checked the company site to see that the hours are actually 11am to 8pm, not 10am to9pm. I got original milk tea with tapioca, the taste was unbelievably gross. I didn't realize that most of the milk and the drink... itself is powder, the tapioca is apparently home made. IT DOES NOT taste like bubble tea, the consistency tasted like wateryalmond milk and off brand tapioca balls. I only took a sip and the rest was not edible. Over all Toronto Real fruit franchisetaste different and its better than this location, I am not happy about the drink at all for $7. that's not how you make bubbletea. Read more
