I ordered 2 pizza and wings and brownies with cheesy bread sticks . I tried to pay cash but they said we already count our tills... sorry can you do card payment then I said I don?t have enough money in card then they agreed for cash. I went home pizzas werekind of overcooked and sticks were too hard I don?t know why and sauce on the wings kind of mixed with water as taste wise. Ifelt very bad. I did call to store and they said our restaurant manager will deal this topic whenever he will come in this week. Read more
Bad experience at the take out location. The guy didn't know how to place an order properly and was not polite. Also When I... asked the guy for my receipt he mentioned he tossed it in garbage and I asked for a copy and he didn't say anything. A girlattendant then helped me with my issue and was able to finally get my pizzas and receipt. Read more
I've ordered online for pick-up at this shop many times before. (Mainly the daily deals.) Most orders are completed without... error. The one time they gave me the wrong pizza, a few months ago, but they've replaced the pizza with the correct one. Myexperiences has been good. Read more
I ordered ahead and it was ready right on time. The pizza crust was perfectly done. Service was quick. They have a board showing... the status if your pizza and time remaining....nice little touch. I experienced friendly staff on my visit. Read more
Placed our order online for the My Box (4 slice pizza & 5 boneless bites) went to pick it up 15 minutes later as requested... through the app. Go in and were told there was an issue with the fryers and it would be an additional 15 minute wait (pizza wasalready cooked, sitting getting cold). Unsure why we were not contacted about the issue with the fryer once the order wasplaced, but we waited. We got home and sat down to eat, bit into one of the boneless bites and it was raw. ALL 5 BONLESSBITES WERE RAW, RUBBERY PINK RAW CHICKEN. Called their head office to make a complaint, and the lady taking the complaintdidn't seem to shocked when I said they served RAW chicken. My family decided on pizza for dinner and we wanted a really good pizza so decided to order from Pizza Hut. My 2 and 3 year old... picked the pizza they wanted and ordered online. I was really happy to see that there was a tracker when you order online. Theeta was for 6:06. At 6:24 I called Pizza Hut as at 6:05 the tracker said that they were packaging the pizza. For 20 minutes theywere packaging the pizza. The guy that answered the phone was quite rude when I asked what was taking so long. The tracker thensaid delivery would be here by 6:26. When the pizza came the meat was all dried out and very cold. My kids took all the toppingsoff and ate just the crust! Will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. Also have wrote complaints to head office.
