I got a poutine for lunch around 12-1 and it was kinda of mediocre. The gravy wasnt fresh. It seemed to have areas where it got... slimy and clumpy. The cheese curds were fine but the fries weren't the best as I usually expect. You didnt get alot and therewas alot of the earthy tasting ones that it was a huge turn off. Read more

I feel terrible because I?ve been going here for years and I don?t know her name, however, the older lady that works here always... amazes me! Even with the mask on, I can see her smile! She is always so friendly and always seems to be excited to see me! Ireally hope she is making atleast $20/ hour by now! Amazing ! After a day of work, you just want to eat something and sit right?. I decided to go to New York fries in the pen, and boy was... that a wonderful decision. The guy Ray, absolutely wonderful customer service, super nice and personable but professional whichis something that is hard to do. It's refreshing to come by such a wonderful food service worker. Especially the woman thattook my order, what a sweetheart. (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) but also great customer service. The food is great, acheesy load of fresh and really hot fries. ????
