Went to buy ice cream cake and when I asked about the date was made or the best before/expiration date I got all kind of talk... about all cakes are good and valid but no answer to my question. I repeated and repeated my question but no answer and the girlbecame angry. At the end she grabbed one cake from the fridge and said the date is good and denied to till me the exactexpiration date. I demanded to know, she said no date for when it?s made but only expiry date. I felt there is something wrong,I thanked her and left with no intention to come back ever again Read more
I ordered 2 large milk shakes, the worker took 5 minutes to scoop ice cream for the first shake, didn?t have milk for it so they... went to the back for 10 minutes to get it. Once back she finished the first and started the second. Took 5 minutes to scale myice cream out. Blended it; it was to thick for her liking so she blended it for more 7 minute. By the time she was done my firstshake and my second had the viscosity of water and it took her 25 minutes total. The owner came in and ended up making me thenew milkshakes when he seen how poorly she made them. It took him 8 minutes to make both of them. They tasted great the shakesthemselves were awesome. But, 3 customers that came in after me got all of their things before this employee was able to make 2milkshakes for me which the owner managed to do in 8 minutes. Ordered vegan chocolate ice cream with Oreos, brownies and snickers. Instead, got regular chocolate ice cream with oreos...... Couldn't eat it as I am Lactose Intolerant. Fortunately, Skip the dishes refunded me and I was able to order again. Waited halfan hour and then got my new ice cream. This time, it was vegan ice cream, but no Snickers or brownie chunks. Instead, I gotOreo's and butter finger?? Not only that, there was hardly anything mixed into the ice cream and it wasn't even filled to thetop like it usually is. Read more

This isn't the first time I've had absolute soup here. I dont know if the freezers arent set low enough or the fact it isn't... left on the slab long enough but its always absolute mush when I get "icecream" here. Highly don't recommend. Read more

A failed experiment and I would not recommend it. I spent the weekend and decided to go eat ice cream, and I was happy before... entering the store, but the employee dealt badly. I asked her to show me three types of ice cream in one box. I was verystrange. He wants to eat it, not it haha. She said pay me and we won't put you ice cream as you want. I paid and this is thebill and did not take the ice cream because I no longer wanted to eat it because of the bad treatment. I will never come backto you. I don't care about money, I just want to get a good service. $32.16 I will consider it as a gift from me to the store. Read more

In-Person: We visited in person to Marble Slab after ordering through Uber Eats (see below). We were astonished to see how many... different options they had as well as the endless possibilities you could make. Ordering online was nothing like this. Theyhave multiple dipped cones with toppings on them. We both tried the white chocolate cone with Oreo pieces. We tried differentice creams and loved that you could watch the staff as they mixed all of your desired toppings in. I highly recommend going inperson at least once to experience this. A great date idea! Ordering: We ordered from Marble Slab at 9:55pm and had our orderdelivered by 10:15pm. They were super quick, allowing the Uber to pick it up and head on his way in a short amount of time. Wetried out the single serving (double chocolate) with brownies, Reece's cups, cookie dough, and rainbow sprinkles. I thought theywould just put them on top but instead they mixed them in. They included massive pieces of brownie, cookie dough, and largeReece's cups. I didn't expect there to be so much but was so happy with the result. We also ordered a Red Velvet Ice Creamsandwich. It was great - didn't cause much of a mess and definitely worth ordering again. Nothing was melted when it arrivedand the quick turn-around time meant that we could enjoy ice cream at a late hour. Many exotic flavours... Ice-creams are delicious and fresh. However, this branch is always busy and there's a bit of wait... (average 15 minutes). So, plan your visit and also call to check if your favourite flavour is available. My favourite ischocolate swiss. Read more
