Save your $. Ordered from here specifically thinking it was the best one around? boy were we wrong. They told us 20 minutes. We... got there after 20 and waited easily another 25+ minutes.. at that point we asked for a refund to which they replied it would beone minute and handed us the food. The fries tasted like they were dry, reheated and not fresh. The chicken was luckily edibleand as much as I was nervous about eating it i had no issues with it, the gravy however seemed very tasteless and watery to whatI remember KFC gravy being. Would never go again after reading the other bad reviews and after this last experience. Read more

I had placed my order online for delivery ( placed my order at 5:10pm ), it said it would be delivered by 5:50pm, it is now 6:46... and still nothing. I'v called multiple time and no answer. Luckily my husband just walked in the door from work so he's headingover now to see what the hell is going on. So when he got there to see what was going on, they didn't have a delivery driverand then they didn't have half the things we had ordered, they didn't feel the need to call the customers and let them know orrefund us our money. Absolutely ridiculous!! And most definitely unprofessional! I will not will not be returning to thislocation again. Read more

This location used to be the best. New management perhaps? Must be. The workers are ignorant and not very welcoming. When I... pointed out that the price of an item on the menu was different than what she was charging me for, she was rude and tried tomake an excuse for it. The ladies in the back sit on their phones, and actually talk on the phone to their friends whilepreparing your order. I WATCHED the one lady with her gloves still on, pick up her phone and begin to talk on it, WHILEproceeding to handle food. No change of gloves, nothing. My food then proceeded to sit on the counter for 10 minutes while theystood around and chatted on the phone. Yes by the time I got home my food was cold. The gentleman beside me even had to speak upand say ?is someone going to take my order?? When I asked if new management had taken over, the lady working claimed she didn?tknow, and that she did not know who her manager was which I?m assuming she didn?t want to tell me as she knew they were all inthe wrong and did not want to get themselves in trouble! Worst KFC to order at/from. Always a long wait time (my boyfriend and i waited for 15 minutes to be served while workers were... standing in back after we said ?hello!?? three times), given the wrong order and staff did not honour promotions/weren?t verymannerly. Read more

Changing my review from 5 to 1. Wife just waited half hour for chicken. Wich is fine. But the fries gravey and popcorn were all... ice cold. Also the size of the chicken gets smaller every 2 weeks. I know thats corporate kfc and not the store. But how greedycan you be. The piece is almost the size of a popcorn chicken. Think we will go to Popeyes. They dont cut the thigh into 4parts and the breast into 8 lol. Will be funny when the drums start getting cut in half. Price always goes up and quality down.Hear this store is under new management. Sad . Moved close to here 4 years ago. And this is the best KFC in any town. Thestaff is always super accommodating. Subbing is never a problem. The only one me and my family go to. Thank your staff they makeyou the good. You should give them all a raise ???????? Read more

It was okay, fries seemed not fresh, they were soggy and cold...not sure why they are not using paper bags anymore and my meals... was handed to me in plastic carry out bags??? I was surprised when all other stores no longer use plastic bags. Read more

0 stars actually worst place to go to the abuse the upper management treats the staff like garbage and the amount of black mold... in that place it needs to be shut down and the current (GM) Moe needs to be fired for abusive behavior in the work place.I'veseen staff cry after speaking with upper management. This is what the food is prepped with I dealt with this daily and I wasrecently fired for having an allergic reaction to cologne/perfume which in every handbook/rulebook states NOT TO WEAR COLOGNE ORPERFUME IN THE WORK PLACE!!! I ended in the hospital cause medical problems/issues mean nothing to these people. Soul Food Inc.needs to replace there staff or shutdown these locations.If you Remove my post I will re-post repeatedly and things will getprogressively worse! Read more

Ordered a zinger twist, a chicken breast and a small macaroni salad. Got home and my husband's chicken breast was dry and... overcooked, I removed the packaging from my twister to find the wrap stale, mangled and ripped. Called the store and spoke tothe manager, she started to argue with me and said the person at the counter must have ripped it. I tried to explain to herthat it was NOT the packaging but the actual wrap, she kept cutting me off so I told her to stop cutting me off and let meexplain it to her. SHE HUNG UP.... I tried to call back for 10 minutes with no answer, called from my husband's phone and thelady at the counter answered within 2 rings. NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! Read more
