Update: After 2 yrs decided to give it another go?. Supposed to open at 10am. It?s 10:15 and it?s still closed. Horrible! THE... ABSOLUTE WORST Booster Juice I have ever been to!! If I could choose zero stars I would. Stood in line (1st up) for a solid10min without my order even being taken. Three employees were there waltzing around taking their time. No customer serviceskills or communication. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and the 3rd bad experience I have had. I will neverbe back. Every single order that I place through Door Dash, which is every single weekend, has been incorrect. Wasted money each and... every time! Not only does it take forever, but it arrives melted and wrong each and every time. The weekend staff here should befired! I have never experienced such poor customer service, nor have I ever seen so many errors with such small orders. Don'twaste your money here, because clearly the staff, the management, nor the owner care about the incomepetnce of their staff andlocation. I cannot say enough good things about this location. Each and every staff are absolutely incredible and my smoothies are always... amazing! I work in the Pen Centre and grabbing Booster Juice and chatting with the employees has become a daily part of my dayand this location really makes it something to look forward too, 5 stars is not enough!
