If I could give zero stars I would, we were seated quickly and got our appetizer in a timely manner and then waited over an hour... for our meals before walking out. We never had our waitress check in on us, not even for a refill of our drinks or an apology, Ieven looked out of our booth to signal we wanted someone to check on us and could not see her. They never even realized we left.To top it off the sound echoes horribly, kids screaming and yelling throughout the whole restaurant and it echoes making itworse. Will never go to this location again. Went to Mary browns after this, cheaper, ready in 5 minutes, eat my food in peace. Read more

Worst service and my food was cold…. The solution was to put it in the microwave with my coleslaw still on the plate so then I... had a new experience warm coleslaw. Microwaved ribs and taquitos are a little rubbery!!!! My loaded potato had about 6 pieces ofbacon bits on it and 4 pieces of green onion so save your money as it’s an extra charge for that. Read more
I got there after the rush each night I was in St. Anthony's. The girls were tired but extremely pleasant. This place set the... bar for the franchise in NL. Only went to one other (because of the name association) in Grand Falls/Windsor. While the staffwere pleasant the food was below expectations. Read more

Got there at 6:35, was seated quickly but then our server didn’t come back to our table until 7:05. By then we had decided to... leave and go somewhere else and our server said he “didn’t blame us” because they are so under-staffed. My friend was satat a different table and said they had already been there an hour waiting for their meals and they watched two tables get up andleave before us because of slow service. Read more
First time and last time at this location. We were seated quickly and the waitress came quickly. However, that was the last we... saw of her. After waiting 30 minutes with no check in from her, we left. I know staffing is an issue in Newfoundland, but thiswait was beyond anything acceptable. A “check in” from her would have gone a long way, at least we would have known we wereon her radar. Good luck to any other potential customers! Read more
Very good wings. Staffing was poor in the waitress area and cleanup. Felt very bad for those who worked very hard to keep going... and make it work with only 2people including bar keep.Despite that they were apologetic even though it was not their fault andthe experience was very good. Management may not be able to get more staff as covid has taken a tole. Read more
