The young gentleman that's been working there a while has impressed me. He's able to problem solve, manage closeout procedures... and train a new staff member all at the same time. They have the worst customer service and i got this grilled cheese melts and it had mould in it. I told the manager and no... action was taken except that they gave me a new sandwich and the other day I ordered stuff and they smashed the drink on thecounter very rudely. Least recommend place! Ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich. I began to eat my sandwich when I noticed the turkey was missing. I took the sandwich back... and calmly explained what was wrong. For some reason they explicitly pointed out that it was an artisan bread sandwich. Iexplained the bread was not the issue and that it was missing the turkey--a key component for the sandwich. They eventuallyremade it with regular bread, which once again was not the issue. End of the day it's not that big of a deal until I couldaudibly hear them talking about me while I was still within earshot. Very unprofessional. Read more
Nice kiosk in the food court in the St Albert Centre Mall. My experience was good. Service was Good.
