The crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken cilantro lime loaded bowl are my favorites. The order was to our specifications and... the drive through wait time was reasonable. Read more

The shell employees seem pretty stuck up and rude most of the time. When I'm there anyways. But the Tim Hortons staff are very... polite and do their job very well! Exceptional customer service. Read more

I can't do it anymore. This place is ridiculous. I come here maybe a couple times a week, but more like a couple times a month... cuz I don't have time before work or during the day. But when I do, I'm always disappointed. 90% of the time my coffee getsmessed up, but when I go to other Tim Hortons, they do it right. No problem. I usually get farmers wraps for my bf & I, ask themto put as much sauce as they can (& still be able to wrap it properly), fully willing to pay the extra cost for it. I pay theextra cost, and still get barely any sauce most of the time. Today, I ordered a turkey bacon club with no tomato -it's anallergy-, substitute ranch for the mayo, & add shredded cheese (I literally get offered different cheese most of the time too.Even had a girl give me a suggestion for how she orders her favorite sandwich, so even though I'm picky, I didn't think thatwhat I order was a drastic request)... And today? I got no cheese at all. And very little Ranch. My biggest issue with this isthat I was the only person in the store. Maybe 3 cars in drive-thru. Like c'mon. Read more

Tim Hortons certainly going downhill. This location is the one that I would go to most often but now I will never go back.... There?s mistakes literally every single time that I get an order there. Today though, I ordered two sausage wraps a largepumpkin spice latte, and a bottle of water. At the window they only gave me a bottle of water and told me that my sausage wrapswould be at the side door. (I worked at Tim Hortons for over five years and I know the company policy states that all the ordershave to be filled at the window) so pulling cars over to deliver food to out side door is not only going to come in policy wasalso unsafe for the employees. The employee brings me my breakfast wraps, asked me if I?m waiting on the sausage wraps. I sayyes she has me the wraps and says have a good day and walks away. I realize that I did not get my latte when I was about halfwayto my destinations Southwest Edmonton. At no time did she asked me if I have everything else, or tell me to wait for mylatte. I go back and I explain what happened and how I had to drive so far away just to turn around and come back for a latte. When i get to the speaker, two people are speaking at the same time and the second person, a male voice, speaks over the femalevoice, rather rudely, just telling me to hang on a second. I didn?t hear a word anybody said because they were talking over eachother. I asked somebody to repeat themselves, and he told me that it was just a automated message that welcomes customers. Whichis fine I have no problems with that, but your customers might not necessarily know that, so when you do it, it just sounds likeyou?re being a jerk to your coworker. Not how customers want to be greeted when they come to your restaurant. Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons is just like any other where they?ve started to value time and speed over customer service. When I get to thewindow I ask them if there?s anything else they can do for me, I know have the latte but I was wo Read more

Gone are the days when you could order what you wanted and actually got what you asked for. This has got to be the worst Tim... Hortons of all time. You wait at the counter no one comes to help you. They all look at you from the sandwich bar but can?t cometo the till. You order a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and you get roast beef and lettuce sandwich go back in and ask foranother sandwich and they tell you that it?s what I ordered and refuse to make another one unless I pay. Won?t be going back tothis location. The owner needs to offer more training and how to handle conflict resolution. AVOID this LOCATION Read more

Very clean when I arrived. Still had a nice selection of donuts/muffins/pastries. More seating now for patrons!
