Given the other locations within Edmonton are so delicious (Mayfield #1), I would expect the same from this... location. Unfortunately both the food quality & customer service are lacking. I pay $14 for a chicken wrap no 6, and it is apinner from this location...dissapointing. I have tried a handful of times from this location, and am not impressed. When ispoke to the manager she told me that they have changed their menu, and that the changes to the wrap are because of that andthat I should know that. The customer service is very friendly, however the wraps are very much lacking in toppings and sauce. The past two times I've... been there, I've tried to order two of the same wrap but one without tomatoes. Both times, tomatoes were added to both and oneof them was still labeled as no tomatoes. Came here for my first time because i wanted something lighter and healthier (because dinner will be heavier, you know how it... is). Extremely friendly staff and the owner himself came out to walk me and my husband through the menu. Talk about above andbeyond service! The food is so good and tastes fresh and healthy. This is my first time with new menu, I ordered a Harvest salad to go. I also asked for 2 container of salad dressing. When I got... home 1.3hrs later to eat it. I found that the dressing was not on the side but on my salad x 2 making it a nasty mess. I haveate at chopped leaf threw out Edmonton and area for years.. never has a "to go" Salad had dressing not on the side. The bestbart was the grilled chicken, but being not cubbed would have been a challenge to eat. They also didn't give or offer cutlery ornapkins. Read more

I?ve been going to this specific location for years, never had a problem with quality or time to prepare order. I always get the... bowl #1 or now known as the Santa Fe bowl. It?s always been great quality and consistent. I have had lots of wraps here too andthey were always amazing. Last night my order only took about 6 minutes to prepare and it was delicious. Last night I went in about 7pm and was looking at menu. When I was ready to order I said hi. The employees seemed to be in deep... conversation which is fine but I stood there and made direct eye contact with one and said I was ready to order. No response.
