Yes they have a great food, we always come here to eat but this last time that we eat, the Ribs that I ordered which is the one... I always Order was way too small than what they have before or what they gave me before. So disappointing not to get what youpay. $28.00 plus extra rice, well they have a good size of rice. Read more
The food was ok....very small portions at outrageous prices....1/2 of a very small chicken was $22 and a full rack of again... small ribs length ways cut in half...about 12 ribettes was $42...omg I'm stupid for paying that but i promised the family.... it did come with soggy fries we put into the air fryer to crisp up but it sort of dehydrated them...and the bun was stale....itdidn't even come with a drink... NEVER AGAIN.... do yourselves a favor....get a huge amount of fresh full size ribs 2 racks x 24ribs from costco $26.00 and take the time to cook them yourselves.... and a whole bbq chicken for $8.99... UPDATE...yes thesnall portioned food was very tastey....and the staff were awesome, kind, and nice to me...she even apologized for theprices....that's not the issue.. the issue is the pricing... i understand that all restaurants had to increase their prices butthis is ridiculous... anyway the survey you mentioned did not come with a link... thanks for replying though... it means youcare...:) Read more
This place has the best staff. They are very friendly and helpful, and genuinely excited about services rendered. Much better... than any we have visited in Edmonton, and the food was wonderful. If you enjoy roasted chicken, they now have delicious roastbeef added to the menu. I'll be trying that next time for dinner. Read more
The staff were all congenial and easy about Covid restraints. The server was friendly and the food was there very quickly. Good... food, cooked well and very tasty. This was our second visit.will return. At our return, the Covid restraints are gone and staffjust as friendly as before Our meal was hot and served in one minute after sitting. Consistently GOOD! We haven’t been to the St. Albert Swiss Chalet in years. Before Xmas we took our neighbour for dinner and... we all enjoyed the chicken dinner which included a glass of wine and the small box of Lindor Chocolates for dessert. At thatdinner they gave us a $10 coupons to use after Xmas, towards any dinner over $40. Last week ( Feb 2) we went with our friendsand this time had the new special, which included soup or salad and a piece of pie for dessert. Everything was delicious, ofcourse too much food so we took home chicken and our pieces of pie. We had the most pleasant waitress ( Wendy), making ourexperience even better. Thank you Wendy!!
