Thomas was unhappy, unfriendly person to take our order today, again???? I remember him from last visit in September 2022, I was... asking if I could get my free drink for my birthday since I live 4 hours away from the city and no Starbucks there (and Icouldn?t come back to the city since I had to work). Thomas was not smiling but being very serious and told me straight to myface ?NO WE CAN?T DO THAT.? I was not trying to steal a drink but just wanted to get my birthday drink since the other lady didthat for me the other year when I explained my situation. I was surprised to see him again and still here. I hope he won?t breakother people?s heart in the future, please be kind and flexible to some people who really do not have access to Starbucks intheir home community. About three years ago I was at this Starbucks, struggling with the hardest time of my life. One of the baristas could tell and... wrote on my cup "I hope your day gets better".
