Very poor customer service. Sunday Sept 18th at 2pm just a terrible grumpy girl. Snapped at 3 customers in a row. Also my... daughter went there tonight after swimming and same thing. Brutal customer service. Was busy making herself a drink and ignoringthe customers then they went to pay for a lemon loaf and they said sorry we are closed at 9:03. Rude!!! The worst location. Great Starbucks! Open early! Doesn?t carry blond Americana?s but most of the menu is current. A+++
what a joke, businesses want you to support them but they nickel and dime you every chance. I asked for light ice in my drink... and they actually charged me an extra 1.20. I'll stick with Tim hortons Read more

Good coffee. Snacks change a lot - ran out of Pumpkin loaf well before Halloween. Always busy. Free internet and lots of people... come there for short meetings. Read more

I asked for a cup of water from this location, and I was told that I had to pay for it. Alejandro was the girl's name. Starbucks... always offers free water so she was lying. Alejandro then questioned me about why I need water and didn't bring a water bottle.Like WTF?? Great service thats for sure... not. I've asked for water a few times, at this location, and at others, and it'snever been an issue. So thanks to Alejandro, I didn't get water because I'm not paying for a free product. Read more
