It's always been fun stopping by at places you never visited before, so this is one of the best places I would really recommend... to anyone stopping by at St. Albert Alberta. So, we did a drive thru to this coffee shop because my wife had a quick taste budhunger for a Cafe Mocha from Second Cup we purchased the day before we headed to this location. So we did a drive thru orderand this lady from the menu intercom went above and beyond on our orders. I was actually ordering my wife's Cafe mocha andstill thinking about my order so I was trying to talk to her on the intercom but she can barely hear me because of the carsengine revving up behind us and by the road(the dt is closed by the main road) so she then asked us to proceed and offered toget our orders at the window. She smiled and greeted us cheerfully like it was a normal happy day and at that moment shesprinkled us her positive vibes. Making the story shorter, she went above and beyond our expectations for drive thru coffeeshop. Offered a very exceptional customer service and will definitely be back to that location when we stopped by at St.Albert. Cheers guys and keep it up! Read more
