What happened to this used to be a gem place? We've been coming to this place for over 20 years. We are from Edmonton and we... drive to this place all the time, that's how much we loved it. We also raved about it to family and friends. However we werevery disappointed from our last visit after the pandemic. The friendliness is no longer there. The lady who is taking ordersmakes you feel that she is doing you a favor by taking your order. She was very unfriendly, no smile and very rude ad not veryhelpful. This isn't a place for someone who does not have a customer service skills. Then let's talk about their pizza. Beforethey were very good now however it is awful and very disappointing. Hardly any topping, hardly any cheese and very dry. Whenyou are ordering a special pepperoni pizza and for the price that you pay you expect it to be that, but it wasn't. What a wasteof our time. We will never go back. You guys needs to go back to how you were, the reason why you were sought by many. Lookafter your customers the way you used to. Read more
I can?t speak towards their donairs as I have never had one but I do enjoy their donair pizza. I like their 2 for 1 deal and 3... for 1 deal. It is nice getting a free small slurpee with 2 orders of pizza. I?ve ordered at this location over 10 times and ithas consistently been good. The baked spaghetti is decent, as good as it can be for a pizza place. The pizza crust is nice andcrispy. The staff are friendly as well. Give it a try if you haven?t yet. Read more
Had a cheese donair with an order of fries. The donair was hands down the best I have had in a long time. I used to eat at... Nitzas all the time and now I remember why. The fries were hot and very tasty by themselves and with paired the donair, andthey give you LOTS of fries. Place is not new but that has no effect on the quality of food and service which was fantastic.Great place and definitely eating there more. I have very specific nutritional requirements so I haven't had a take out pizza in years. I was really wanting one and when I... saw you had keto crust I wanted to try. I'm so happy I did! I almost wanted to call to see if there was a mistake, the pizzatasted that good. Crisp crust, ample toppings cut so I wasn't dragging chunks off with my teeth. Super happy with this pizzaand will be ordering again. As an added bonus I was offered a free water or slushy, how cool is that! Staff were friendly andthe store was clean.
