Staff was great, the limited food selection was typical of a lot of taprooms, tacos, chips & salsa, quesadillas, etc. The... beer selection on the day we went leaned heavily to the hoppy/bitter side. 36 IBU was the lowest on the menu. Just found out about this place today. They make all their own beers on tap, and they are all delightful in their own way. One... of the owners poured me a flight then went over every one with me while I tasted them. Then after took me for a tour of thefacility. They do plan on canning their beer but at this point they have growlers. They do have a few food options but they arebrought in from local food makers, one of them is a Calzone for example. They have 10 taps but 4 are occupied, but says all willbe full soon enough! They're currently working on their 5th. Read more
